But you can't say it isn't awesome until you've played it.
Sarah
P.S. (IT IS AWESOME, BY THE WAY.)
I think the name says it all. Really, this is a completely pop-culture devoid blog, where I post usually amusing, occasionally serious statements and articles about what society is, who impacts and influences it; and why it has come to the stage it has today. I am against conforming to stereotypes. Feedback appreciated. :D

Artists life :D
OK, if it takes me a half an hour to paint an artwork that sells on average for $150, and half of them sell without effort, then LOGICALLY I'm making $150 an hour, right?
(minus about three dollars per artwork for paint and paper usage)

How to make plaster of mallow
You will need:
-1kg of marshmallows. Good luck for your weighing!
-A saucepan. Use one you're particularly fond of. It's much much better that way.
-Your favorite metal spatula.
-Stretchy wire cords. Not springs. Definitely not.
-A hammer. Unless you have something that can saw through metal. But you wouldn't want to destroy your favorite pan. Use the hammer!
-A metal rectangular pan with high sides. You'll need to drill holes in the sides- the same diameter as that of the wire cord. You'll need two wire cords, so thats four holes, two one each short end of the pan. Like this:
_______________
i i
!______________!
The dots are holes. Just the dots. The gaps are just bits I couldn't fill in without doing the diagram on sketch up.
Method: Melt marshmallows in pan, stirring very slowly and constantly. Be sure to get ALL the air out. Don't boil it. Well, you can if you want to, but we've never tried it. Yet. ( It might blow up. We wouldn't boil it, if we were you)
Before the marshmallows start condensing or solidifying, pour in the pan (which you have already strung the cords through. The cords go through across the pan, by the way. Longways) when all the mixture is in the pan, stretch the wire cords. Alot. Tie them up somehow. Then, place the entire thing in the fridge. Leave for a day. Then, have fun.
Cleaning up.

Valentines day?
So really, what used to be a holiday about something pure is now a sort of competition to spend the most money on your "valentine".

QUESTION:
......Am I still a nerd, to get kicked out of chess club for trying to run an electric current through blackberries?
from now on I will:
From now on I will:
-Stop being such a drama queen.
-Do my actual homework, instead of self-composed homework
-Invent something useful, instead of things that mechanically propel
tic-tacs across rooms.
-Fix the printer that I took apart out of scientific curiosity.
-Quit re-writing my novel, and just get a move on with it
-Stop writing these sort of long statuses.

I didn't think It was possible
To cry at the end of The Sound Of Music.
Am trying to figure myself out.
And epic-ly failing.
Am trying to figure myself out.
And epic-ly failing.
Very deep poem, I did not write it, some greek guy did a long time ago.
Oh, the torment bred in the race,
the grinding scream of death;
and the stroke that hits the vein,
The hemorrhage non can staunch, the grief;
the curse no man can bear.
But there is a cure inside the house,
and not out side it, no;
not from others, but from them,
their bloody strife; we sing to you,
dark gods beneath the earth.
Hear now, you dark and ancient forces underground,
Answer the call, send help.
Bless the children, give them triumph now.

I REFUSE TO STEP DOWN.
So really, the midwinter formal is not a "formal" but instead another one of those excruciatingly loud, pointless gatherings of brainless, show-off boys in the hope that by jumping around like rabbits on sugar pills to music we will perhaps result in a good, healthy relationship somewhere in that blind darkness and strobe light?

I am very disapointed at society's interpretation of "Formal"
